Background:
Bcl-6 encodes a protein of 706 amino acids with
a predicted molecular weight of 79 kDa. The Bcl-
6 protein has homology with zinc finger
transcription factors. However, little is known
about its functions.

Specificity:
Detects Bcl-6 from human, mouse and rat.
Species Reactivity:
Human, mouse and rat. Others not tested.
Format:
100 μg (0.2 mg/mL) affinity purified antibody in
phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2,
containing 50% glycerol, 0.02% sodium azide
and protein stabilizer.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. For long term storage, aliquot
and store at -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw
cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 μg/mL

Western blot: 1-4 μg/mL

Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, use
at 20-40 μg/mL
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
